Refund and Returns Policy

We offer refunds and exchanges on all items within 14 days of delivery, with the exception of underwears, due to hygiene concerns.

Exchanges are accepted for products that have a defect in size, style, or color that differs from what was originally ordered or displayed. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Please note that we do not cover damages resulting from wear and tear, rough handling, or activities during use. Items returned in such condition will not qualify for refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases where an incorrect order was placed on their part. However, if the error originated from our team, such as dispatching the wrong item, size, or a product damaged before shipping, we will take full responsibility, including covering all related shipping and handling costs.
